- Partiamo con i ceci croccanti alla paprika (dolce o piccante a seconda del vostro gusto), nella versione veloce. Prendete i vostri ceci già cotti scolateli e asciugateli. In una ciotola mettete un cucchiaio di farina, un cucchiaio di olio e un cucchiaio di paprika e amalgamate. Aggiungete i ceci nella ciotola in modo che si amalgamino bene con il composto. Distendete i ceci nella placca da forno (ricoperta da carta da forno) in modo che non stiano sovrapposti, cuocete a 200 gradi per 30 minuti!.
- Mentre i ceci cuociono, mettete l'acqua a bollire per il vostro mix di bulgur e quinoa, (io lo trovo già mescolato al supermercato) e seguite le istruzioni per la cottura..
- Tagliate mezzo avocado, e finemente il cipollotto..
- Una volta cotto e scolato il mix di bulgur e quinoa, e fatti stemperare i ceci croccanti, aggiungete tutti gli ingredienti in insalata aggiustando di sale... et voilà, allegriaaaa!.
